START WITH WHAT MATTERS TO YOU
Life rarely fits
into a single label.
Anxiety, mood, relationships, and past experiences can overlap. Dr. Cotton’s work attends to the person seeking care, with approaches individualized to their needs.
01
Children
Support for childhood mental health and development, attachment, and the effects of trauma or maltreatment. Work with parents may also address parenting concerns and family communication.
The practice’s approaches include play therapy and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). Discuss your child’s needs with the office before arranging care.
02
Adolescents
A place to discuss anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and the impact of difficult experiences. Care is individualized to the young person seeking support.
Contact the practice to discuss your adolescent’s needs and ask about the approach to care.
03
Adults
Psychotherapy for anxiety and depression, attachment and relationship concerns, parenting stresses, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma or maltreatment.
Dr. Cotton’s clinical experience includes both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings.
